e-Payment
All users must fill out the application form provided. Form DI.1 or Form DI.2 ) can be found in word format for printing. After filling out the form, the user can fax it to the above address or send it by email. It is recommended that users refer to our inventory station to determine the station and data acquisition period during the process of filling out the form. If data has been supplied, the user must comply with the conditions imposed as stated in the application form for government agencies/academic research or private projects. Users must submit a customer feedback form (available in word format) via fax / e-mail / hand delivery after obtaining the data.
Are these data charged?
In general, the Department may charge a fee to users for the supply of data except for the supply of data for government projects and for research and academic purposes. For private use a small charge is applied (Fees Order 1966) as in the table below. This fee is charged to finance part of the cost of using computers and printed materials. Users are advised to bring storage media such as CDRs and thumb drives to make a copy of the data

Procedure through Internet banking
1. Login CIMB Click personal account
2. Click on Pay Bills on the left menu
3. Select DEPARTMENT OF IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE MALAYSIA for PAY IN LIST
4. Enter :
* Name
* Company No / IC NO * Amount (RM)
5. Click CONFIRM to submit your application
6. Click PRINT to print the receipt
7. A receipt is required for proof of payment
