MISSION
- Provide excellent services in assisting the Department in the development and management of drainage, rivers and beaches as a contribution to the modernization of the agricultural sector in line with Pillar 10, 6M and 4E.
OBJECTIVE
- Provide support services to all departments at JPS Head Office
- Ensuring the services of officers and staff can be managed and administered perfectly.
- Improve the level of knowledge and skills of officers and staff through training programs that have been set.
- Ensuring that all the instructions of the Service Circular and the Administrative Circular are implemented and accepted in the performance of duties.
- Ensuring that all officers and staff comply with the instructions of the General Order in carrying out their duties.
- Ensure all payments can be made in an orderly manner according to financial and account procedures.
- Ensure that financial management can run in an orderly manner by being guided by financial rules and established work procedures.
GOAL
- To contribute towards excellent service in the development and management of human resources to meet the wishes and needs of the Department's members throughout the period of service in the government.
EMAIL & DIRECTORY SUBSCRIBER CHARTER
- Ensuring all service matters involving officers and staff can be completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all payment vouchers can be prepared according to the schedule and payments can be completed according to the set time.
- Ensuring that every purchase and order of goods can be managed according to the needs of the Division at the Terengganu DPS Headquarters and all District DPS, within one month.
- Ensuring that all information regarding the Department's instructions / Service Circular / Treasury Circular / Public Administration Progress Circular can be distributed to all Divisions in Terengganu DPS and all District DPS within one week.
