30 January 2023 - YB Nik Nazmi bin Nik Ahmad, Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change (NRECC) has made a working visit around the Tok Jembal Coastal Erosion Protection Project Site. This project was completed perfectly on July 24, 2019. Also with the Director General of the Malaysian Irrigation and Drainage Department, YBrs. Dato Ir Dr Mohd Nasir Md Noh, Chairman of the Local Government, Housing, Health and Environment Committee YB Dato' Dr. Alias Razak Chairman of the Infrastructure, Public Facilities, Utilities and Green Technology Committee YB Dr Mamad Puteh and several other officials from the Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit - UPEN and the Malaysian Irrigation and Drainage Department. YB Minister of NRECC also attended a press conference regarding the Coastal Erosion Control Project at this location.
