17 July 2023 - The Honorable Dr Mamad Puteh, Chairman of the Infrastructure, Public Facilities, Utilities and Green Technology Committee visited the Sg Setiu Estuary Conservation Project and the Marang Beach Erosion Control Project and the Sg Merchang Estuary Conservation Project. The main purpose of this visit is to review and monitor the implementation of the project and to discuss the issues that arise related to the implementation of the project. Also present at this visit session was Tuan Hj Ir. Hanizan Bin Deraman, Director of JPS Terengganu, Project Engineer of Terengganu Federal Project Implementation Unit UPPPT, Mr Sabri Bin Sidek and officers and staff of JPS Terengganu. It is hoped that with the implementation of this project, the objectives of the project can be achieved and then the inspiration and hopes of the local people will be fulfilled and resolved.
