4 September 2023 - The flag handing ceremony of the Terengganu Contingent in conjunction with the symbolic preparation of the contingent that will go through the 16th JPS Msia Maksak Carnival Excellence and Fitness Program for the year 2023 will be held in Ipoh, Perak which will start on 29 September to 1 October 2023.
