November 23, 2023 - Mrs. Nadiah Binti Abd. Kadir, Chief Assistant Director of Development Division 2 this morning received a courtesy call from Mr. PgKB 1 John Sagun Francis, Head of Rescue Studies at the Malaysian Fire & Rescue Academy East Region, Marang, Terengganu located in the Main Meeting Room of the Headquarters. Briefing and preparation of JPS in North East Monsoon (MTL) preparedness was delivered by Ir. Puan Wan Norshuhada Binti Wan Khairuddin, Terengganu State Water Resources and Hydrology Officer. Also present in the visit were the officers of the Malaysian East Region Fire and Rescue Academy and JPS officers. This visit is expected to further strengthen the relationship between the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Academy of the Eastern Region and the Terengganu State Irrigation and Drainage Department in addition to discussing the preparations between these departments in preparation for the North East Monsoon (MTL).
